I had my parents home cleared out today by John’s Cleanouts & Property. They arrived at 8:30am as promised. They were so nice and professional to both me and my husband as it was a very emotional day, especially for me seeing my childhood home cleaned out. They could not have been nicer as they moved about the house completely clearing each room out and making sure everything I needed was done. As a matter of fact they found a bag of coins under my parents bed that I didn’t even know was there. Bill brought the bag to me right away. I so appreciated the guys empathy, kindness and professionalism. This truly is a very trustworthy company, I would hire them again in a minute!!! Thank you to John, Rick, Bill and all the guys today that made this process easier for me . Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! Barbara & Tony Campagna

John and Rick were very polite and personable. Three men came and did a very thorough, careful job cleaning out furniture, junk, and garbage. They went above and beyond leaving nothing behind. When they swept up they also attacked cobwebs. They were working at the Town of Western Library. Please stop by and request to see their work.

I can't say enough of the amazing experience had with John's clean out service. The whole process started with John getting back to me while he was on vacation a mere hour after I filled out the form online. Everything after that went smoothly even after I postponed a week he accommodated perfectly. I met the crew there on that day, very nice gentleman courteous professional and got the job done way quicker than I could imagine. Their company slogan truly lives up to "Taking the Stress out of your Mess". This company deserves 10 Stars not just five !!

One of the most outstanding companies I’ve ever worked with. Customer service, pricing, overall quality of work, and respect for our property and our difficult situation was all top notch. If you need a clean out or junk removal service, this is the only choice in upstate New York. Absolutely highly recommend!

When I walked into my uncle's home after he passed, I was overwhelmed with the degree of hoarding I encountered. I had no idea where to start until a friend of mine recommended I call John's Cleanouts. Within days, John met me at the house. He literally guided me through the process to clean out the garage, basement, two floors, attic and outdoors. The quote was incredibly fair. What would have taken my family six months to clean out was literally completed by his crew in a day! Not only did I trust him implicitly, but he also found valuable paperwork, coins, cash and even the deed to the house that were buried in the massive mess! I will be forever grateful for his part in helping my family handle my uncle's affairs with dignity and respect.
